A major exhibition honoring architect Gae Aulenti, one of the most significant figures in 20th-century architecture and design.
With assistance from cultural institutions and foundations, the show, which is organized into eight thematic sections and includes drawings, pictures, models, and digital narratives, is supported by Fondazione Architetti Firenze, Master Museo Italia of the University of Florence, and Archivio Gae Aulenti. It explores the close relationship between Aulenti and Tuscany, beginning with her work with firms like Poltronova and Martinelli Luce, which produced two iconic pieces of Italian design: the Pipistrello lamp and the Sgarsul chair.
The display offers a modern take on the potential of modern architecture in relation to historical and landscape design.
We are delighted to be technical sponsors of this event, which celebrates Gae Aulenti's ability to combine innovation, tradition, and design vision, values that have always guided our company.
