From 29 November to 2 December, the appointment The Apartment returns, the project promoted by Elle Decor in collaboration with Airbnb, whose basic idea is to translate into a real place and experience a concept of living design.
This year has been chosen the Daniela Gerini atelier, a historic Milanese fashion space, where Biki tailors created the clothes for the "Divina" Maria Callas and hosted leading personalities of the Italian economy and culture.
The atelier, revised and curated for the project The Apartment by the architects Frederick de Wachter and Alberto Artesani of DWA Design Studio, will host precious design furnishing objects, including Martinelli Luce lamps. Pipistrello, Cobra, Elmetto, Profiterolle and many others will illuminate the spaces of this frenetic creative "think tank" located in the beating heart of the city.
During the opening days of The Apartment, there will be a full program of meetings and conversations on design, style and hospitality outside the traditional schemes, as well as guided tours to students of fashion and design schools.
The Apartment is in S. Andrea 8 street and the admission is free, by previous registration.
