An exhibition honoring Gae Aulenti, one of the most iconic characters in Italian and worldwide architecture and design, is being held at Triennale Milano. The first significant monographic exhibition that spans her whole career is this one.
Through showcasing the relationships between architecture, art, culture, and politics, the exhibition explores the professional and personal background of Gae Aulenti. Not only is it an assortment of sketches, blueprints, models, and images, but it also represents a thorough reevaluation of her oeuvre via exact replicas of selected sections.
Of course, Pipistrello and Ruspa lamps are in high demand. The exhibition provides a comprehensive overview of Gae Aulenti's remarkable career and enduring influence on the fields of architecture and design, providing a chance to investigate and commemorate her legacy.
Produced in association with the Gae Aulenti Archive, the show will be open from May 22, 2024, to January 12, 2025. Giovanni Agosti, in collaboration with Nina Bassoli and Nina Artioli, was the curator. Tspoon studio curated the exhibition design.
