November, 2024

An exhibit created by artist Matilde Cassani that honors Italian design. This initiative is a collaboration between the Salone del Mobile Milano and Shanghai's Westbund Art & Design Fair, which is regarded as China's most significant contemporary art fair.

The program aims to create communication between the increasingly intertwined worlds of art and design, providing opportunities for experts and businesses to meet. The Orbit's Orbit presents itself as an ephemeral urban stage, where important pieces of Made in Italy furniture will be the protagonists of a real experience (even our iconic lamps).

The installation represents an opportunity to strengthen the presence of Italian design in an global setting, allowing companies to reach an audience passionate about creativity and innovation. It will serve as a strategic platform for fostering and preserving relationships with the key figures in the furniture and interior design industries.

This project provides a distinctive viewpoint on how Italian design may serve as a bridge for cross-cultural interaction and a tactical tool for growing one's international network.
