For its 50th anniversary Cobra has a new look!

Inserted in design exhibitions such as "Space Age Lights" held at the Triennale Design Museum in Milan and chosen for its futuristic design in many famous films Cobra lamp - revived for its 50 years in lacquer red version - confirms its value, going through trends without lose charm! On the occasion of this special anniversary, Martinelli Luce wanted to pay tribute to the designer of the lamp and its founder, Elio Martinelli, also with another project. The designers who collaborate with Martinelli Luce and some friends have been invited to reinterpret the Cobra lamp through the creation of a graphic texture to be applied on the lamp. The textures will be part of an exhibition that will start on 27 February 2018 at "La Triennale di Milano" during the press conference to present the "Cobra Texture" initiative. Each lamp of the Cobra/Texture project will be produced in thirty signed and numbered copies, plus three author proofs. The designers participating in the project are:
