The second edition of Genova Design Week took place from Thursday 17 June to Monday 21 June. It was organised by DiDe - Distretto del Design Genova - with the support of Genoa City Council, the Chamber of Commerce, Confcommercio Genova, the Liguria Region and Municipio 1 Centro-Est and featured "green" as the main theme of the event.
Five days of design that have enlivened the Ligurian city through 54 different spaces between squares, shops and spaces created ad hoc in the streets of the city.
Martinelli Luce was present both with the conference entitled "Martinelli Luce: 70 years of Design" at the Spazio Talk Martinelli Luce in via S. Bernardo 19, and with the presentation of the lamp Lady Galala at the Spazio Giustiniani in Piazza Giustiniani. Both events were attended by the architect Emiliana Martinelli, president of the company; on the occasion of the second event, the lamp's designer, architect Gianluca Peluffo, also took part.
