February, 2021

La Rinascente in Milan, in Duomo square, dedicated its windows to iconic brands of Lighting Design, underlining its propensity not only for Design, but also for the lighting sector.

In fact, it was possible from 3rd until 22nd of February to admire the eight windows that have been set up to immerse oneself in the elegance and excellence of Made in Italy Lighting.

Martinelli Luce, faithful to its philosophy and corporate colours, presented in the two showcases the products that have marked the past and are characterising the present of its production.

In the showcase with black background there were Pipistrello by Gae Aulenti of 1965, Serpente and Cobra by Elio Martinelli, the first one presented on the market in 1965, the second one in 1968.

In the second showcase, with a white background, the Elica by Brian Sironi, which won the Compasso d'Oro in 2011, the "soft and sensual" Cyborg by Karim Rashid and the fun and colourful Elastica by Studio Habits.
