Elica lamp inside the permanent design collection of the MAC, LIssone
February, 2019
The MAC - Museum of Contemporary Art Lissone - inaugurates the prestigious permanent design collection with an exhibition that enhances its project idea. Among the iconic pieces of the lighting section, also the Elica lamp by Brian Sironi - Compasso d'Oro 2011 - which well represents the concept of 'art project', the founding idea of the collection. The exhibition "Watching the moon, not the finger" - which inaugurates the new MAC collection on February 23 - alludes to the need to carefully observe the exhibited objects in order to transcend the shape and understand the project more thoroughly.
