Experimental realization of a zero-energy building.
The objective of the project was to:
- Reduce the energy consumption of the building
- To ensure optimal indoor comfort conditions
The building has won several national and international awards including the "Premio Innovazione Amica dell'ambiente" conferred by Legambiente in 2010.
